As the Director of Sport, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and development across all areas of sporting activity.  The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong strategic aptitude and we expect you to showcase your previous experience in this area within your cover letter.

Selection Process

STAGE ONE

STAGE TWO

Please submit an application form, full CV and letter of application of no more than two pages outlining, Why Millfield and why you? How you can show your capacity in the core responsibilities and in the essential areas of the person specification. The closing date for this stage is noon on Friday 24 May.

STAGE THREE

Candidates will be invited to spend time meeting and in discussion with other members of the Sports and Leadership Teams in the week commencing 27 May and 3 June.

FINAL STAGE

Interviews at Millfield week commencing 10 June.
